New project approved: "Adaptive Cross-Modal Sensor Data Aquisition"

As part of the Computer Science initiative ahoi.digital, Hamburg funds the project "Adaptive Cross-Modal Sensor Data Aquisition" coordinated by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Timo Gerkmann from the Universität Hamburg, Germany. In this project, Prof. Timo Gerkmann (Universität Hamburg), Prof. Simone Frintrop (Universität Hamburg), Prof. Tobias Knopp (Technische Universität Hamburg), and Prof. Alexander Schlaefer (Technische Universität Hamburg) develop novel algorithms for adaptive and robust cross-modal sensor data acquisition and processing. In particular, audio, image, and medical sensor are addressed with applications in speech communications, medical devices, and robotics. Please click here for details.
