PhD Colloquium: Modulation of Learning during Human Decision-Making
30 January 2019
Real-life decisions involve the consolidation of inherent and acquired values. This study demonstrates that the congruence between inherent value and ac-quired reward influences the neural coding of learning rate. Neuroimaging results also reveal that the signals of learning rate, prediction error, and acquired value follow the Rescorla–Wagner learning rule, further confirm the reinforce-ment-learning model through functional connectivity.
